KAIA, a groundbreaking new hospitality project, will open its first resort in Koh Phangan, Thailand, by late 2025. The resort is a collaboration between Thailand-based Bound and Beyond Public Company Limited and outdoor lodging specialists Cloud Collective. Nestled along the pristine northeastern coastline of the island, KAIA provides a distinctive open luxury outdoor living experience, combining premium hospitality with eco-friendly architecture. Guests will enjoy naturally ventilated, open-concept accommodations designed to harmonize with the island’s natural beauty, providing a serene and eco-conscious getaway.
The resort will feature 31 private tented suites and four spacious two-bedroom villas, each designed to provide comfort while immersing guests in nature. With sweeping ocean views, teak accents, and outdoor decks complete with bathtubs, the suites reflect the philosophy of blending luxury with the outdoors. KAIA’s amenities include an organic farm, an infinity pool with ocean views, a beach club, and seasonal dining based on local produce. The resort will also offer immersive experiences like guided foraging tours, yoga sessions, and cultural workshops.
