Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has announced its debut in Dubai with the opening of Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai, scheduled for 2029 in Peninsula Dubai, a prime waterfront district. Owned by real estate investment company Bright Start and developed by H&H, the project will span approximately 640,104 square feet (9.95 hectares) and feature a 195-key hotel, eight private garden villas, and extensive leisure amenities, including a private beach, beach club, wellness center, and four dining venues. The development will also house a residential tower with 63 residences and five exclusive beachfront villas, offering facilities such as a spa, movement studio, padel court, private cinema, and 24-hour concierge service.
