lebua at State Tower, the landmark luxury destination on Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River, has introduced curated alcohol-free pairings across its acclaimed dining venues, responding to rising demand for refined alternatives to wine and spirits. Home to Michelin-starred restaurants Mezzaluna and Chef’s Table, the property now offers guests thoughtfully designed beverage options that complement each menu while maintaining the artistry of fine dining.
Executives noted that these offerings are meant for “travelers and culinary aficionados who crave the artistry of fine dining without the buzz.” Beyond its flagship restaurants, lebua extends creative zero-proof selections across its 11 bars and dining outlets, further broadening guest choice.
At Mezzaluna, the two-starred restaurant under the golden dome on the 65th floor, diners can pair Executive Chef Ryuki Kawasaki’s seasonal tasting menu with intricate non-alcoholic creations, including the floral “Perilla Rose” with red shiso and beetroot and the complex “Amber Wake” with amazake, chamomile, and saffron. Meanwhile, Chef’s Table, Bangkok’s two-starred French fine dining venue, has unveiled its own bespoke mocktail program designed to reflect the precision of its cuisine. The property emphasized that “every diner, regardless of their preferences, receives a fully immersive gastronomic experience,” highlighting lebua’s commitment to inclusivity in luxury dining.
