Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc has introduced Villa La Guettière, a private estate in Cap d’Antibes, offering refined hospitality in a serene coastal setting. Positioned between Cannes and Nice on 6500 square meters of private land, the villa provides panoramic sea views and combines luxury with privacy. The estate features a heated infinity pool, spa with sauna and hammam, private cinema, fitness suite, and an extensive wine cellar. Culinary services include a private chef for up to 12 hours daily, a dining room for 18 guests, and a summer kitchen with a pizza oven and barbecue. Guests can also enjoy wine tastings in the cellar and tailor-made menus using seasonal, local ingredients.
The design reflects the charm of a Provençal hamlet, with interiors by Comtesse Bergit Gräfin Douglas of MM Design Frankfurt. Architect Svetchine said the aim was to “undertake a renovation that respects the existing architecture.” Guests benefit from dedicated butlers, housekeepers, and security, with services overseen by the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc concierge team. Privileged access is granted to hotel facilities, including the Dior Spa Eden-Roc and clay tennis courts. The villa accommodates events for up to 50 guests, making it suitable for private gatherings and celebrations. With its blend of timeless Provençal elegance, personalized luxury services, and seamless access to world-class amenities, the villa offers an exclusive retreat that caters to both relaxation and refined entertaining on the French Riviera.
