Hôtel de Sers Reopens with Elegant Renovation Honoring Historic Charm

Hôtel de Sers, a distinguished member of the B Signature Hotels & Resorts collection, has reopened following a full renovation that blends 19th-century heritage with contemporary Parisian elegance. Located in the prestigious Triangle d’Or, steps from the Champs-Élysées and Avenue Montaigne, the former mansion of the Marquis de Sers retains its Haussmannian grandeur. The restoration, led by interior Architect Pascal Allaman with Anne and Agathe Jousse, preserved signature elements such as the marble staircase, wrought-iron detailing, and ornate reception rooms. The 45 rooms and seven suites now feature soft color palettes, brushed brass accents, and a mix of vintage and modern furnishings. “The renovation enhances the property’s historical identity while offering a refined experience rooted in modern comfort,” said Allaman.

The hotel's top-floor Signature Suites, including the Eiffel Suite and the Panoramic Suite, offer expansive city views and bespoke interiors. Nearly half of all rooms and suites include private terraces, many with views of the Eiffel Tower. The glass-canopied courtyard has been transformed into a green urban retreat, while a 22-meter gallery lined with family portraits provides a dramatic welcome. Completing the experience is a new wellness space in partnership with Calma Paris, featuring a hammam, sauna, massage room, and fitness studio.
