The estate features expanded oceanfront spaces, a 65-foot lap pool with a waterfall, a private white-sand beach, and a rooftop terrace with sunset views. Designed for both privacy and connection, the estate includes four pavilions housing spacious bedrooms, a new king bedroom, a dedicated kids’ room, a library, and an entertainment room.
