A Taste of Quebec’s Terroir at Chez Muffy

Chez Muffy, the signature restaurant of Auberge Saint-Antoine in Quebec City, offers a refined farm-to-fork dining experience inside a beautifully restored 19th-century marine warehouse. The restaurant’s French country decor, exposed stone walls, and wrought iron details create a warm, rustic atmosphere. Under the leadership of Chef Arthur Muller, Chez Muffy showcases seasonal menus, with many ingredients sourced directly from Auberge's farm on Île d’Orléans, guided by master gardener Alex Faille. During April, the restaurant features a 3-course blind tasting menu on Sunday and Monday evenings, in addition to its 5-course tasting and à la carte menus available year-round.

Chez Muffy’s dishes highlight local Quebec products, such as beef tenderloin paired with Quebec Pinot Noir and desserts finished with Tuscan ice wine. Prices for the 5-course tasting menu are approximately $118 per person, while à la carte main dishes range from $33 to $48. Vegetarians and diners with dietary restrictions may prefer the flexibility of the à la carte menu. Chez Muffy maintains family-friendly options with a children’s menu priced between $10 to $11. For a relaxed experience, early-week dining is recommended, while weekend reservations should be made in advance.
