Il Ristorante, Niko Romito, Opens at Bvlgari Resort Bali with Refined Italian Dining

Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts has opened Il Ristorante – Niko Romito at its Bali resort, expanding the restaurant’s presence across its international portfolio. Set atop Uluwatu’s dramatic cliffs, the 24-seat venue offers a refined Italian dining experience infused with Balinese ingredients. The menu includes a 4-course “I Classici” tasting menu, a 7-course “La Degustazione” menu, and à la carte selections. Dishes feature local produce such as Kintamani vanilla, Balinese seafood, and herbs from the resort’s organic garden. Each dish showcases a balance of tradition and creativity, presented in an elegant setting framed by a reflection pool and views of the Indian Ocean. The restaurant is open exclusively for dinner, offering guests an intimate and atmospheric culinary experience that highlights the beauty of sunset views and the serenity of the oceanfront setting.

Chef Niko Romito curated the menus with Resident Chef Alessandro Mazzali, integrating seasonal Balinese elements into classic Italian preparations. Highlights include handmade tortellini with duck and black truffle, Wagyu beef fillet with green pepper sauce, and coral trout with prawns and tomato. “True flavor is an absolute value, and as such it can speak to everyone,” said Chef Niko Romito. “Food is naturally a total experience that extends well beyond what’s on the plate.
