Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection Unveils Luminara with New Itineraries and Elevated Experiences

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has unveiled new details of Luminara, its third superyacht, ahead of its inaugural sailing from Monte Carlo to Rome on July 3, 2025. Spanning 794 feet, the vessel will accommodate up to 452 guests across 226 suites, each with a private terrace. The design, created by Chapi Design, AD Associates, and Aivan, features elegant interiors inspired by the sea, incorporating walnut wood, Arabescato Corchia marble, and curated artwork including works by Hockney, Matisse, and Warhol. Luminara will debut new destinations in Asia and Alaska, expanding the brand’s reach with refined itineraries through iconic cities and remote coastlines.

Onboard offerings include five dining venues, two of which are led by Michelin-starred chefs Fabio Trabocchi and Michael Mina, alongside seven bars and an immersive wellness experience at The Ritz-Carlton Spa. The yacht also introduces an expanded marina platform, bespoke retail by brands such as Cartier and Piaget, and a new Art Bar concept. Ernesto Fara, President of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, commented, "With Luminara, we've raised the bar once again, uniting legendary service, elevated design, and an extraordinary onboard experience to further define our distinct approach to ultra-luxury travel at sea." The vessel joins Evrima and Ilma as part of the growing fleet, reflecting the brand’s emphasis on high service standards, thoughtful design, and curated travel experiences for guests seeking distinctive journeys at sea.
